1. Consultation Calls: • Virtual consultation calls included in packages must be used within one year of the initial consultation call date. • Calls are subject to scheduling availability, and failure to schedule within the valid period will result in forfeiture
2. Free Tournament Entries: • Free tournament entries provided in the Game Plan Package and above are valid only during the 2025-2026 seasons. • Unused entries will expire at the end of the 2025-2026 seasons and cannot be rolled over or exchanged.
3. Package Benefits: • Benefits such as routine materials, scoring reviews, and strategy sessions are specific to the purchasing team and cannot be transferred to other teams or individuals.
4. Scheduling and Availability: • All virtual or in-person sessions, including clinics and consultations, require advanced scheduling and are subject to consultant availability. • In-person clinics included in the Championship Package must be scheduled at least 60 days in advance and may require additional coordination for travel logistics.
5. Refunds and Exchanges: • All package components, including consultation calls, materials, and tournament entries, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. • If a team is unable to utilize a specific component within the designated timeframe, it will be considered forfeited.
6. Routine Materials: • Routine materials and rulebooks are designed for use by the purchasing team and are aligned with Ding Ding Gameday competition standards.
